Last updated: November 22, 2025

🛡️ Privacy-First Design

Math Pop is designed from the ground up with children's privacy and safety in mind. We follow a "zero data collection" approach and comply with COPPA, GDPR, and other privacy regulations.

Privacy First Approach

Math Pop is designed with privacy as a core principle. We follow a "privacy by design" methodology and collect zero personal data. Everything is stored locally on your device with no external data transmission, making it safe for children and compliant with international privacy laws including COPPA, GDPR, and CCPA.

What Data We Store

Math Pop only stores the following data locally on your device:

  • High Scores: Your best scores for each game mode to track your progress
  • Flashcards: Math problems and answers you create to practice and improve your math skills

What We Don't Collect

Math Pop follows a strict "zero data collection" policy. We do not collect:

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number, age)
  • Location data or GPS coordinates
  • Device identifiers (UDID, IDFA, advertising IDs)
  • Usage analytics, metrics, or tracking data
  • Biometric data (Face ID, Touch ID data)
  • Photos, camera, or microphone access
  • Contact lists or calendar information
  • Data from third-party sources or social media
  • Network activity or browsing history
  • Any data transmitted outside your device

Local Storage Only

All your data remains on your device. When you delete the Math Pop app, all your data (high scores and flashcards) is permanently removed. We have no access to your data and no data is sent to our servers or any third-party services.

In-App Purchases

Math Pop offers a one-time purchase upgrade to "Math Pop - Pro" for additional features.

Purchase Processing: All transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or process payment information. Apple handles all billing, receipts, and refunds according to their policies.

Family Sharing: In-app purchases support Apple's Family Sharing feature, allowing parents to manage and approve purchases for their children while maintaining privacy protection.

Children's Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Math Pop is designed to be completely safe for children and fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), GDPR Article 8 (child protection), and other international children's privacy laws.
