Hammer Court Judge Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hammer Court Judge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1.1 Agreement Acknowledgment

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the end-user) and Peter Minwegen ("we", "us", or "our"), not Apple Inc. or any of its subsidiaries (collectively "Apple"). Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App or its content.

1.2 Compliance with Apple Media Services Terms

These Terms do not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Your use of the App must comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. License Grant and Scope

2.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Peter Minwegen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal entertainment purposes solely on Apple-branded products that you own or control.

2.2 App Functionality

Hammer Court Judge is an entertainment application that allows users to:

• Simulate gavel sounds and animations
• Choose from various gavel designs
• Customize settings and preferences

3. In-App Purchases

3.1 Premium Features

Hammer Court Judge offers a one-time in-app purchase:

• Lifetime Unlock ($2.99): A one-time purchase that unlocks all gavel designs and features forever

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. We do not:

• Store or process credit card information
• Handle payment processing directly
• Have access to your financial data

3.3 Refunds

All refund requests must be processed through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. App Content and Updates

4.1 Content Changes

Images of gavels and other visual content within the App may be updated, modified, or replaced through app updates. We reserve the right to:

• Add, remove, or modify gavel designs
• Update visual assets and animations
• Change sounds and audio effects

5. User Data

Hammer Court Judge stores preferences locally on your device. We do not collect personal information. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

6. Maintenance and Support

Peter Minwegen is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

7. Warranty

Peter Minwegen represents and warrants that the App conforms to any applicable specifications. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all related materials, including software, design, graphics, sounds, and trademarks, are owned by Peter Minwegen and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the App for personal entertainment only.

9. Limitation of Liability

ENTERTAINMENT DISCLAIMER: Hammer Court Judge is designed for entertainment purposes only. The App:

• Does not provide legal advice or services
• Is not intended to simulate actual court proceedings
• Should not be used for any official or legal purposes

10. Third Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
