GymOrDie is designed with privacy as a core principle. While we need your location to verify gym visits, we never collect, store, or transmit this data anywhere. Your location is processed entirely on your device.

GymOrDie requests access to your location to detect when you visit the gym. Important details:

GymOrDie only stores the following data locally on your device:

• Gym locations: The gym addresses you set up (stored locally only)
• Visit history: Records of your gym visits (stored locally only)
• Blob status: Your pet blob's health and appearance
• App preferences: Your settings and preferences

What We Don't Collect

GymOrDie follows a strict "zero data collection" policy. We do not collect:

• Location data or GPS coordinates (used locally only, never stored or transmitted)
• Personal information (name, email, phone number, age)
• Device identifiers (UDID, IDFA, advertising IDs)
• Usage analytics, metrics, or tracking data
• Health or fitness data beyond gym visit verification
• Any data transmitted outside your device

Local Storage Only

All your data remains on your device. When you delete the app, all local data is permanently removed. We have no access to your data and no data is sent to our servers or any third-party services.

No Account Required

GymOrDie does not require any account or sign-up. You can start using the app immediately after downloading. There is no registration process and no personal information needed.

Children's Privacy

GymOrDie is safe for users of all ages. We do not collect any personal information from anyone, including children. The app complies with COPPA, GDPR, and other privacy regulations.
