FunMingo is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect zero personal data. Your activity preferences and choices stay on your device - we never see them and have no way to access them.

Location Access

FunMingo requests access to your location to show you activities and places near you. Important details:

• Used only to find nearby places: Your location is used solely to display relevant activities in your area
• Never collected or stored: We do not collect, store, or transmit your location data anywhere
• Stays on your device: Location data is processed locally and never leaves your device
• Optional: You can deny location access and still use the app

What Data We Store

FunMingo only stores the following data locally on your device:

• App Preferences: Your selected filters and display settings
• Favorites: Activities you've saved for later (stored locally only)

What We Don't Collect

FunMingo follows a strict "zero data collection" policy. We do not collect:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, age)
• Location data or GPS coordinates (used locally only, never stored or transmitted)
• Device identifiers (UDID, IDFA, advertising IDs)
• Usage analytics, metrics, or tracking data
• Contact lists or address book information
• Message content from iMessage
• Any data transmitted outside your device

iMessage Extension

The FunMingo iMessage extension allows you to share activity ideas directly in Messages. The extension does not read, store, or transmit any of your message content. It simply provides activity cards that you can choose to send - we have no access to your conversations or who you're messaging with.

Local Storage Only

All your data remains on your device. When you delete the app, all local data is permanently removed. We have no access to your data and no data is sent to our servers or any third-party services.

No Account Required

FunMingo does not require any account or sign-up. You can start using the app immediately after downloading. There is no registration process and no personal information needed.

Children's Privacy

FunMingo is safe for users of all ages. We do not collect any personal information from anyone, including children. The app complies with COPPA, GDPR, and other privacy regulations.

Data Security

We implement security best practices:

• App Store security: Distributed only through Apple's secure App Store
• Code integrity: App is digitally signed and verified by Apple
• No network connections: App works without transmitting data
