Drizzle DCA Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Drizzle DCA ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Drizzle DCA is a financial planning and investment tracking application that provides:

• Dollar cost averaging calculations and portfolio tracking
• Investment performance analytics and insights
• Premium features including advanced analytics and unlimited portfolios
• Email collection for service updates and premium account management
• Secure storage of portfolio information and investment data

3. Data Collection and Storage

By using Drizzle DCA, you acknowledge and consent to:

• Email Collection: We collect your email address for account management, service updates, and premium subscription management
• Portfolio Information: We store your investment data, portfolio configurations, DCA schedules, and performance metrics securely on your device and through iCloud sync (if enabled)
• Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized usage data to improve our services
• Device Information: We collect device identifiers and technical information for app functionality

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Subscription Plans

Drizzle DCA offers the following premium subscription options:

• Monthly Premium: $19.99 per month
• Annual Premium: $59.99 per year (equivalent to $4.99 per month)

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.

4.3 Subscription Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend premium status at any time, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or technical issues. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice when possible.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through the App Store, as we do not process refunds directly.

5.2 How to Request Refunds

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Find your Drizzle DCA purchase and select "Report a Problem"
• Follow Apple's refund process

5.3 Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple's refund policy. We cannot guarantee refund approval, as this decision is made entirely by Apple.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

7. Disclaimers

Investment Disclaimer: Drizzle DCA is a financial planning tool and does not provide investment advice. All investment decisions are your responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lizerd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to investment losses or data loss.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App or this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
