By downloading, installing, or using Drizzle DCA ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Drizzle DCA offers the following premium subscription options:
Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend premium status at any time, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or technical issues. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice when possible.
All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through the App Store, as we do not process refunds directly.
Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple's refund policy. We cannot guarantee refund approval, as this decision is made entirely by Apple.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lizerd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to investment losses or data loss.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App or this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
